We are unable to refund or exchange without proof of Purchase.
We only hold deposits of a maximum for 3 Days. After this time customers will lose deposits on uncollected items. All deposits are non-refundable.
Only products that are found faulty within 7 days of purchase can be returned SUBJECT RETURN BACK TO BASE. An engineer will then either examine the goods or repair within 7 working days before any decision is made. If the product cannot be repaired then an exchange or a credit note/refund will be issued.
Please kindly examine goods for cosmetic damage before purchase as well as upon delivery, as we sell transport damaged, cosmetically damaged, graded goods and cancel orders. The words “Unexamined” or “Unchecked” will not be accepted as a conditional Signature.
Unit must be kept upright for a minimum of 12 hours before powered on, and then run empty for 12 hours to reach maximum life span of appliance.
All appliances must be transported upright at all times. Warranty is void if transport method is not suitable or if the appliance is transported on its side/back.
We recommend that all your electrical/gas appliances MUST be installed by a qualified Corgi/Gas safe registered engineer as faults can occur if not fitted correctly. Proof of installation MUST be produced in case of any fault, failure to DO SO we will invalidate the warranty.
If an appliance is returned and found not faulty, a restocking charge of minimum 25% will be incurred, provided the appliance is not used and is in the same condition when purchased.
If payment is overdue, Kitchen Appliances Ltd may recover the goods via 3rd party companies e.g. debt collectors.
We are not manufactures and we trade as a clearance centre, therefore appliances may not be subject to manufactures warranty. No warranty is implied or given, 3rd party warranty can be purchased.
All appliances are “sold as seen” and we will not accept liability for missing accessories or parts after the item has been sold, collected or delivered.
If an engineer is called out and if no fault is found because the appliance was not installed by a qualified engineer, incorrectly installed or any negligence by the consumer which causes the product to be faulty, then a call out fee of £50.00 will be applied and be incurred to the customer which is payable up front whilst booking the call out. This will be refunded immediately if a genuine fault is found on the appliance.
